Privacy Policy
Peacefulday ("we") respects the privacy of people who use the Precise Tuner app ("the app"). This policy explains what is collected and why.
1. Sound from the microphone
The tuner listens through the microphone to measure pitch. The sound is analysed on your device in real time; it is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere.
2. Your pianos and instruments
Your pianos (measurements, tuning sessions, reports), your instruments and your settings are stored on your device.
If you sign in (optional, with Google, or with Apple on iPhone), a copy of your pianos and instruments is kept in your account on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so you can open them on another phone. We also receive your account's name, email address and profile photo URL from Google or Apple. Only you can read or change this copy. Settings are not uploaded.
3. Information collected by services we use

4. Device permissions
- Microphone: to measure the pitch of your instrument or voice. Analysed on the device only; nothing is recorded or uploaded.
- Internet: sign-in and the cloud copy (if you sign in), ads, analytics and purchases.
5. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics). Data may be processed on servers in the United States. Firebase privacy
- Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple: signing in, if you choose to.
- Google AdMob: ads. Users in the EEA, UK and similar regions are asked for consent first; on iOS you are asked whether to allow tracking. How Google uses data
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: purchases.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. The cloud copy is kept while your account exists. Delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account: your account and the cloud copy are deleted immediately. You can also ask by email — see how to delete your account. Firebase keeps analytics data for up to 14 months. In regions where ad consent is required you can change your choice in the app under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of information about you at any time by contacting us below.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with its effective date.
