Delete your account and data
Delete in the app
- Open the Precise Tuner app.
- Tap the Settings tab at the bottom.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all cloud data (the copy of your pianos and instruments) are permanently deleted immediately. Data on the phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
If you can't use the app
Email jpyo0613@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and ask to delete your account. We will delete your account and all cloud data within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Account information (name, email, profile photo URL)
- Your pianos (measurements, tuning sessions, reports) and instruments saved in the cloud
Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob under Google's policies; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
